My first FRAN
Today I did my first FRAN workout: 21 thrusters with 40kg 21 pullups 15 thrusters with 40kg 15 pullups 9 thrusters with 40kg 9 pullups Time: 11’01” I had to rest in the middle of each set. I hope next time I can do all 21 with no rest, etc, etc.
