10 day Vegan Challenge – my rules


My rules for a 10 day Vegan Lifestyle 

A – No animal products

  • No meat
  • No fish
  • No dairy

Vegan foods (choose others if you want)

  1. Rye bread
  2. Beans
  3. Fruit
  4. Pasta
  5. Potatoes
  6. Rice
  7. Greens
  8. Oatmeal

B – 3L of water per day

C – 7 to 9 hours of sleep

D – Multi Vitamins – Multi Minerals supplement (if you are afraid of a b12 defficiency or just for safety)

E – 30′ exercise
